Can you have an Ancient Bloodline Magic User from the start using CAS?

when you create your sim family in CAS, you can note how they are related. With that in mind, you can create a whole family line. With my test I created a grandfather, father, and daughter. I took the adult father, and had them designated the elder as their father, and the young adult as their daughter.
