It's actually impossible to try for baby with Grim Reaper (I'm sure). It is possible to download a ghost from the Gallery and turn them into toddler.
You can't turn a gallery ghost into a toddler. In CAS it just says "toddlers can't be ghosts".- Toddler ghosts sound so creepy I don't even feel like trying to see if it's possible. :s
- Okay, that's going waaaaay too far.
- If you don't want to get a ghost from the Gallery, you could make a YA Sim and use the cheat to turn them into a ghost, then cheat again to make them a toddler. Or maybe even use the ghost cheat on a toddler, but I'm not sure if that would work.

Just gonna file this under 'things that only make sense in a Sims context'...- Ghosts in thesims4 can't breed.
- You can cheat to get them.
