Can you run your own cafe in retail?
I was hoping to have both a bakery with a cafe. Do they let you do this with the new GT expansion?

If you get Dine out you can create a Coffee shop/café. Also you could get a household sim to tend the Barista stand while the restaurant/café to make it look more like a café but have a kitchen in the back with chefs. I created a café with dine out, added a barista machine stand thing and used the GTW shelves to place a few samples for customers and for decoration while they wait for coffee and which ever item they order.
I tried owning a retail/café with just GTW but my sims didn't get any money for tending or anything. Even if sims bought a coffee :neutral: Maybe save up for Dine out and then your Sims dream of owning a café will come true :wink:
