Can you "turn off" cheating consequences?

I tried to search the forum for this, but I couldn't find the answer. In Sims 3(I think) there was a "turn off jealousy" reward so you could cheat with all kinds of sims that wouldn't get mad if they found out their lover had romantic relationships with other sims. I was wondering if there was a way to do this in the Sims 4? It would be great for player sims like the Caliente household.
