Cannot change restaurant uniforms? It never 'saves' it?

Hello. In my restaurant, I go to "restaurant settings", then you can click on, say, "wait staff", where it lets you "edit, delete, or assign" a uniform. When I try to EDIT a uniform to create a new one, no matter what I do when I click "ok" on the CAS screen, and go back to this "wait staff" (or other) outfit list, the one I just created or changed or added is never there - as if I did nothing at all.

Is this a bug?

I can't change any of the outfits to what I want it to be. Help please!
