Cannot edit apartment balcony in Evergreen Harbor
So I can't edit the Pinecrest apartment balcony in evergreen harbour. Does anyone know why? Is this a glitch or do I need to unlock something? If so is there a cheat around that.

I'm sorry but I have to disagree here. I'm a computer engineer and I worked as a programmer before. I know that deadlines are so tight and you don't have much time to do the job. I know the pressure they (programmers) have to deal with. I know, so I don't blame them.
I blame the company that let some bloggers show the world how cool the balcony was in the apartments when THEY KNEW already that there were problems with them and probably balconies would be left out.
I blame the company because they waited 4 DAYS after the release to explain themselves. They didn't tell the people the problem before the release because they were afraid it could impact on sales.
The company hasn't been honest, they should have told us BEFORE we spent 40€ (or $) that balconies were out of the picture.
I can't tell a customer that I will do something and 4 days later after I got paid I just tell the customer that... I did my best to have that feature but I couldn't do it. That IS NOT FAIR.
I truly don't mind to wait a bit more before the release so the game can be tested and programmed as it should be. This company rush things too much and the result is this mess. The balcony is not the most important bug in the game right now. I can't barely play because the main feature: the eco-footprint in all the world tend to neutral even when ALL lots are green. If the main feature of your product is not working... maybe you should think carefully that maybe, just maybe, you are doing something wrong.
I know they really don't care because every new release brings lots of bugs. I really don't buy the excuse: "The Sims is a very complex game and it's very difficult to test all possibilities". I'm sure it's a difficult game to program and test, I'm sure it is, but it's not my problem. I'm a customer and I paid 40€ for a game that I can't play right now. If they just can release 2 packs each year, it's ok for me, but I expect some quality...
