Cannot find recite poetry option.

It is definitely in romance interactions pie, my vampire writer recites poetry ho his wife often, he has maxed the writing skill, but I am pretty sure he could do it even earlier in his writing skill and he usually does have a book in his inventory, although I am not sure if that is a requirement.
