Cannot find Track Jacket for Kids after purchasing perk (In club system)

Can anyone help me out here? Is this a bug or did the team not make track jackets for the kids? I bought the perk for the track jacket but I cannot find it anywhere in CAS/Club outfitter. I've been looking online and it says it is there for teens and adults but not kids... If this is true I just wasted 200 perk points on buying this track jacket that the kids can't even use :neutral:

    For now yes. Once one of your kids ages to teen they will have access to it forever.

    That still stinks... The kids should be able to access it as well or the option should not be there. The club I have setup is for kids only no teens adults or elders...
