Cannot start due to error

Hello! Last time when i played Sims 4 was before this new update and everything was normal. I didn't add any new mod or anything since then so I'm confused.

When i try to start my Sims 4 i get this:

Error

The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

I tried searching thru my files, watching some YouTube tutorials but nothing helped. I don't think the problem is in my mods, i could be very wrong tho!

I need help, what do i do?
