Can't access gameplay menu in Game Options

Hello.
Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
If that doesn't help, go to documents -electronic arts-sims 4 folder and move your options.ini file to the desktop. Start the game, and a new file will be generated. See if you can access the settings now. You will also need to reset all your other settings too.
