Can't evolve plant in vertical garden
My Bush on the top tier won't evolve no matter how many times I click. It pops up, and then fades from, my sims queue. What gives?

- I notice my vertical wall plants have been evolving by themselves without needing the sim interaction to do so. My sim’s plants are currently between “excellent” to “magnificent”.
