Can't get cheats to work

I started a new household and after I bought the lot I want to set their funds to 100 sims. So I open the cheat box and type in "testingCheatsenabled true" Without the "". I think I'm supposed to get ...

you don't need the cheats turned on for this. Just type "money 100" without quotation marks.
