Can't greet patients you already know!!! Argh
There is no way to satisfy the goal of greeting patients you already know and it is really hurting my performance and ability to get promoted. Anyone else experiencing this? This bug needs fixed.

Just a guess, but I think they started a brand-new family and made them a doctor before they had a chance to meet everybody.
