Can't read toddler to sleep
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this, but my sim cannot read her toddler to sleep. She will put the toddler onto the bed, get out a book and then go into another bedroom, sit on that bed, ...

@manicobsessive, it looks like the ladder for the bunk is facing the wall. It has to be placed with the ladder accessible to sims.
In the bb catalog, if you select a top bunk there is an option for "Auto bunk beds" over next to the display of your household money. Either you have it off, or it's not working for that placement. If you select the color swatches for the top bunks, there is a gear icon to the left of the color swatches that lets you pick which side the ladder will be placed on (instead of using "auto.") Try rebuying it and selecting the correct ladder orientation.
If it still doesn't work, it just means there's not enough room for the ladder and the chair with that setup.
