Can't save my game

I don't know why I can't save my game at all, and I am losing my progress. Is this a bug?  When I go to my Sims panel, I can't click on it, and then I can't cook or click on any other items on the panel.  I have to sign out of my computer, and I still lose everything.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.
    • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.

    Ok, so I took my mods out, and it works fine. Thanks for your help. I will check my mods for new updates.
