Can't sell puppy or adopt it out
The adoption person just stands and whips the air for hours, but doesn't take the puppy away. Game has been repaired.

Gosh, I ended up going into edit town and then edit family mode to put the unwanted puppies into another household. I've done this twice, and just cheated the money to the family that 'sold' them. :open_mouth:
