Do you think the reward trait would advance Sims whose owners/players are not as consistent in getting promoted? I have been suspicious if the entrepreneurial trait helped advanced job promotion, especially in the GTW careers; and I personally feel it definitely depends on a players effort and not so much good fortune obtained.
