Jasper has the better aspiration and trait, but he is seriously missing out on the genius trait though, because then he could of worked his way up quite handily to esports. It matters not one bit though with research simipedia though, a nice focused trait helps, and if you got a chessboard, you can work on logical move to have another boost.
