I voted for Goth too, for pretty much the same reasons as everybody else. I have some Sims in my game right now that could definitely go for that aesthetic.
I voted for Medieval as a Build/Buy, and I'm really going back and forth on whether that was the right choice. Medieval would mesh well with some of the Cottage Living and other rustic-feeling stuff already in game. And just the idea that there might be stained glass windows... that would really be cool. Henford on Bagley wouldn't look wildly strange if it had a few castles on those lots.
However, if they were going to be adding some new gameplay features, I would have gone for Futuristic in a heartbeat. It is a style that really hasn't gotten much love and attention in the Sims 4. I have never been able to properly build a neighborhood that seems like it would really be home for aliens (and that's a whole different topic, how much those poor Aliens need a refresh...). But we have so many suburban neighborhoods that it would be difficult to make true Futuristic buildings look right in them.
