I don't like the strays, they make me sad, and so I was thinking that maybe there will be less of those and more of the owned pets with owners showing up if I put the café somewhere else than Brindleton Bay?
I made my Cafe in Magnolia Promenade (GTW) so far all it spawns are random cats some strays but non of them are sick. They come in, do random things hang out for a bit and then they leave. ?
