I think my biggest issue so far is the limitation on puppies. The whole point of having puppies is to cuddle AND play with them. When the puppy cannot even play, but just lie there like a chump while you scratch it, then it's not fully a puppy for me and removes a lot of cuteness potential with the kids who own the puppy. I wanna see a child and a puppy sit on the ground and play, like the kids can with the kittens. It's no fair that the kittens are playable, but the puppies are bubble wrapped. Now I just want it to turn into a dog quickly, after the first day of snuggles, so I can actually start doing stuff with it, like playing.
