Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

So far I have had success when taking or carrying the dog outside, giving him the command to pee and then praising him and giving him a treat. I've done this several times with a pet and it seems to work. (I've had the same success in Real Life and it is called Positive Reinforcement}!
