Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

Yep, it’s a bug.....same thing happens with the dogs I’ve had.
In my game it's only with the cats though, with dogs it generally works just fine. But I think there are other things you can teach them (like not eating human food) that I've already had to teach them several times because it didn't work properly, even if I had had the notification they had learnt. I could be wrong though. Maybe it was a different pet. It's hard to keep track.
