Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

I think that you may be missing the point. It's not about whether or not a cat can be trained. Some can, some can't. Remember the cat-on-the-toilet craze? Or, all of the cat owners running around with spray bottles of water?
The point is that an animal that is outdoors and needs to go, should go. It goes against eons of natural instinct that they don't. Instead, they're waiting around and whining to be supplied with a man-made object that has never been found anywhere in nature?
It's totally weird and, if it's not a bug, it's a really poor design choice.
Okay I get what you are saying and forget about that part. however, cats are still private animals no matter where they go to bathroom.
