Cats won't pee outside
I've tried this in different households and in different saves, but everytime I got the same result. After having done the "scold for peeing inside" interaction a couple of times, I got a notification...

It would be really nice if cats could potty outside. But cats don't do it that way, they normally bury their waste. And maybe EA thought that wouldn't be fair.
