My understanding is that there is very little input from EA in the Creator Kits, and to be honest this was visible in the first such kit they released. The chairs for example were almost identical to what we already have in game and there were some shadows missing with some shelves. So wish they would have more input into what goes into these Creator Kits, both for content but also for quality. The only reason to buy them is if you play on console or you don't want to bother looking for updates otherwise you are definitely better off just getting free CC or supporting the creator directly on their patreon.

Cc kits are definitely getting better, thought I felt the quality of the pajamas was a little soft. This new one with Pieri looks good but it’s by far less content than what you’d get by going straight to the source and subscribing
It was the first creator kit they released, I forgot what it was called, with he colorful orange couches and checkered fireplace. I don't think you can get the items in the kit from the creator's site, so if you like something you would still have to buy it.
