Has anyone purchased Businesses and Hobbies through CD Keys and can confirm whether the Set up Shop Digital Content is included?
I know normally purchasing EPs through CD Keys would not normally grant access to the early access bonus content but it does appear in the listing on the site but I've been burnt from this before so thought I'd check in with others before I decide where to purchase the new pack from.

I haven't yet, but I have pre-ordered many in the past (in the UK) and they never come with the bonus content. Sometimes CD Keys does sell the bonus content separately later (they currently have the Lovestruck, Life & Death and Horse Ranch items) but if you really want the bonus items I would not take the risk. In their FAQs they do actually state that pre-order bonus items are not guaranteed.
I bought most of my packs in the EA App, or months after release meaning not getting the bonus anyway. But I recall once buying a pack elsewhere, and I almost missed that I could download 2 codes - one for the pack and one for the bonus content. Claiming both in EA App worked fine.
So, whatever you do, make sure to look for the extra code. I do not know for sure that they are always split like that, but if they are, it's easy to miss out on the bonus code.
You do not get the extra content when buying from CDKeys, but you can usually buy it separately later if you really want it.
I too have preordered EPs from CDKeys in the past and not got the bonus content. For a couple of packs (I think it was Growing Together and For Rent) I later bought the bonus content separately from them, and it worked fine.
But I agree that the info this time on the CDKeys website seems to suggest you will get the bonus content. I wonder if this is a change? I was surprised to read this on their website as it seems different from what I remember it saying before:
Where possible, we will try to ensure that any pre-order bonus content is included within the product if mentioned on the product description page. However, there may be occasions when the bonus content is only available while stocks last and is not always guaranteed. Customers who pre-ordered are advised to regularly check their orders page to ensure they receive the bonus content as soon as the keys become available.
Even with this wording it’s still not guaranteed, though.

I've just seen that CDKeys are offering the bonus content for Businesses and Hobbies separately (for £2.99 in the UK) so I'd assume it's not included with the EP if you buy if there.

I feel like a lot of builds on the gallery will make use of the bakery cabinet from the pre-order bonus, it is a shame a lot of players wont have it.
I spoke with customer service because I didn’t receive the pre-ordered bonus and it was listed. They told me that I didn’t receive the pre-order bonus because I didn’t buy the pack before release date. Which doesn’t make sense but whatever.
I wanted to know did anybody pre-order with CD keys and get the bonus?
They are selling the bonus content separately. I bought the pack and the bonus stuff from them as two separate items.
