I've heard that you need to be at least a 4-star Celebrity to not get embarassed by that Lot Trait.
But, I've also heard that it could be a bit buggy, still causing even 4+ Star Celebs to get embarassed, if they moved in when they were too low and still live there. I haven't actually used that lot trait myself, so I couldn't say for sure.
You could always just take the lot trait off until she's a big enough Celebrity to not be embarrassed by it, of course.
