Changing frame colors on sims' paintings?
I thought we could do this by going into build mode and clicking on the color palette tool, but I just tried and I can't. Am I misremembering being able to do this?

Wait, they took that away? Hmm. Or maybe it was only for photographs, I think. I can't really remember but maybe you could try to see if photographs' frames could be changed.
