I bet you thought it was a complaint about that feature...lol So in the TS3 part I have this thread and thought I'd have one for this one, but basically it's remembering how back in the day when yo...
Elise couldn't really sleep and early she made sure Boscoe was taken care of and contacted Kristopher he agreed to meet for breakfast in town. As soon as they were seated she told him about her encounter with Greg. "I'm surprised you went back I remember you were frightened before." he said giving her a look.
"I was but and call me what you want...I just felt different after he was away from me like he was demanding I be afraid but when he didn't have to deal with me it was gone."
"A were's aura can do a lot of things I don't judge you for that but in that case, you are playing with fire, my dear."
"I know but...." she trailed off.
"I hope you won't allow this to steer your opinions of all werewolves, many humans here are used to us but newcomers..I'd prefer no..." she interupted him almost immediately.
"Now hang on before you go there, I would never put anyone at risk I didn't even tell my dog what happened."
He was quiet looking for a lie, pleased to find none she could almost feel a shift in the air around him, maybe he was a little less weary.
"In that case, we haven't known Greg to actually eat anyone he can scare most away, and a Mixxi is referring to your scent. He must have noticed you came to us even though you still live with humans then there is your dog. You know a lot of people not really an issue but for a recluse." he shrugged as she would have gotten it. https://i.imgur.com/9uQg5Pt.png "Oh I see....well since you know him..."
He shook his head.
"If you're going to push him, you'll have to push answers from him, I disapprove of his ways but as a leader I have put being as fair as I can with those around me. I can say he's not particularly a black and white sort of evil but his barriers make him dangerous."
She smiled then, hope was good. "I trust this means you're going to try again?" he asked as they finished up in relative silence. https://i.imgur.com/9ND28wO.png
"...Yes." she said, mostly confident.
"Then I wish you the best I have a pack to think of but I can offer a watchful eye, keep a clear head in this." she nodded firmly.
He couldn't help it, he admired her courage, you needed it in life. https://i.imgur.com/h7cTJoZ.png He hoped his scent would be enough to keep Greg behaving, she wasn't pack and he couldn't just throw everyone aside but he wasn't going to throw her to someone like the moody mountain man without some sort of protection.
"Come see me before you make up your mind." he offered. https://i.imgur.com/AwLgJGH.png He was pleased she listened, and noticed the gift of apple jam she brought, homemade always gave off a pleasant scent. https://i.imgur.com/Kxdug0M.png She gave some to Wolfgang too cause he's sweet, her intent was obvious, he let her go hoping she'd be alright. https://i.imgur.com/qW7Sxbj.png When she met him again she might have wondered if she would actually be a victim but she was able to distract him before he lost his temper. https://i.imgur.com/yAFeQo0.png https://i.imgur.com/OIOTSCQ.png He really wasn't prepared. https://i.imgur.com/QwPhfrX.png Honesty in her scent was not what he needed, he hated people and would never go out of his way to protect even one, not even his own kind. Though he didn't make it a habit to make good on his threats it was still strange to not feel the desire to hurt her if needed to scare her away. It was kind of a lot for someone like him. https://i.imgur.com/4QRBuH6.png It riled him up soon after, her talking him out of rampage helped, he took off but she'd count that as a success.
