Character Value Bug

So something is seriously wrong with the character values for my toddler. Her responsibility keeps going down, there's no way to stop it. She's not doing anything bad, it just keeps constantly decreasing at a steady pace. The opposite thing is happening to the conflict resolution trait, that just keeps going up. I don't have any mods so that shouldn't be the issue. I also tried repairing my game, but nothing works. If this keeps going into adulthood then I have zero control over what traits she'll recieve because I can't do anyting to stop these values from decreasing/increasing. Anyone experience similar problems?

    This appears to be a toddler-specific glitch. Exiting and re-entering the game, or even loading screen transitions causes the Character Value meters to snap back to where they're supposed to be.

    Once your toddler ages up to child, the glitch seems to go away.

    Several people are talking about this. One of the suggestions is to do a repair the Sims 4.
