Did they change the progression of charisma? The skill bar for charisma lights up when they are reading the skill book for it or when they are practicing speech in the mirror. It doesn't seem to progr...

With some experimenting, it does progress. Just doesn't highlight the skill bar. Thank you both for your input :)
