Cheats for werewolves?

I finally gave and got the werewolf pack. However, I sometimes get perks that I really can't have at times, ie a Sim that is in a busy area might not want to pee all over, or one among other wolves won't want to pick a fight with their own kind. I need meat trait is plain annoying, I should be able to satisfy the Sim by having it devour fish or furniture or whatever. Is there a way to change these perks based on the Sim's lifestyle?
