Chemistry Analyzer missing in Strangerville

I'm trying to complete the Strangerville mystery, but there is no chemistry analyzer in the secret building. This is what I've tried so far, 1) Got rid of Mods 2) Repaired Game 3) Bought Chemi...

The 3 chemical analizers should be in the first basement in two different rooms.
