Child of Ocean Vs. Child of islands

So, I know the Ocean get negative moodlets from eating their fishy friends, but they can get 'fresh catch' moodlet from eating tofu. I don't want to play a Child of the Islands yet but can they eat fish without the negative mood?

    Yes, they can. Child of the Island sims can summon island elementals to judge them. They also honor the island traditions.
