Child sim has rainbow above head?

I have the same thing too don't know

I'm pretty sure the rainbow appears for kids after you have given them a good childhood as a toddler. I have seen that rainbow while they had a moodlet along the lines of "remembering the good old days" or being raised well.

i thought it was from a lot trait
i dont play with child sims so i'm not 100% sure

It's either from the moodlet they get from a good toddlerhood or one of the moodlets from good schools. I've been noticing it too.

I think it's from the Good Schools lot trait -- the lot traits add a bunch of effects to show they're working, like my painter Sim sparkles when he's painting because I have the trait that makes painting skill faster to develop, or I'll have a different effect when I send my Sim to the bar or nightclub because I have the trait that improves Charisma on those lots.

Yep, lot trait from good schools is the correct answer. Children and teens who live on a lot with that trait sometimes get that rainbow when they arrive home from school.

I haven't used it long, but for me it worked very well. I still have to start using it again after the latest patch, but I don't think there will be any issues.
