Children Born To Celebrity Parents - At What Age Do We Know if Fame Got Passed Down?

My celebrity Sims just had a baby.....& when the baby was a baby, the crib would show different fame levels, when you clicked on it. The baby at one point was a Notable Newcomer & then Global Superst...

The fame level should show up once the child reaches the child stage. Children can gain fame up to 2 levels, babies and toddlers cannot gain fame.
