Chopsticks and the new pack

How are they going to handle chopsticks in the new pack? City Living added some sort of reward trait that lets sims use chopsticks well, but how will that translate to this new pack? Will the new foods like the hotpot and new sushi be exempt from the fumbling or will those foods also help earn the trait? If you don’t have City Living will sims just know how to use chopsticks?
