I'd gotten this assignment before and didn't complete it because I thought it had to happen at the Spice Festival. Today though I sat up two food stalls at the karaoke bar, had my sim hire vendors and then order food. It worked. I'm sure most of you already know this but though I'd post just in case someone wasn't aware.
