Every district in the city has the rotating food stalls in their central areas. It shouldn't be that hard to spot them.
Yep. But I think a lot of people don't realize that they can just exit the lot and walk into the central area.
I remember that some simmers thought they could only visit the area when there was a festival. Some even thought the festivals were broken because they kept trying to get there by clicking the large district icon. The icons are quite confusing and I wish we could jump straight there by clicking them instead of traveling to the adjoining lot.
