Civil Designer or Engineer

Question

DaRin Orion is currently a freelance programmer. He lives in Grimms Quarry with his partner (they are not yet married) Carli.
They have a young (toddler) son and Carli has a toddler (slightly older) daughter by another Sim. Oh, and they are all aliens (or at least hybrids)

Should he go into the Civil Designer or Engineer career (working from home at first)

Personally, for a drama or even comedic factor, I think DaRin being a Civil Designer as an Alien would be awesome! Imagine someone coming from outer space and finding out they're the ones who laid out all your towns :lol:

EngineerMaybe it sounds I'm too realistic, but, in the engineer career, he can make use of his programming skill.I think it is advantage of him.

This sounds more suited to him if programming is his thingand you could plan for one of the kids to take on the civil designer once they grow up :wink:
