I am wondering, can you change the sims working inside the hospital, lab or police station? Or atleast influence it somehow to introduce other/new sims (that I created myself) to the hospital, lab or police station?
I was also wondering, do the sims that are working inside the hospital, lab or police station actually exist as a household?

The sims that work in the GTW career lots do exist as households. The game uses NPC sims that are “ not in the worlld” which means that they live in the world but don’t have a house there. By deleting NPCs that are not in the world in Manage households , and having your own created NPCs with this status, it may help in having the game choose to use them as co workers.
