Climbing Suit
Is there a reason that the Climbing Suit reward doesn't count as cold weather clothing. I seem to be using it more in the snow etc, or am I missing something?

It's in the bamboo forest, according to the Lesson on Rock-Climbing. From the bar, go up the nearest steps to the hiking trails. Turn left and go to the first intersection. Cross the intersection, go past the bathroom, and continue until you reach a clearing. Check the wall to the left.
