Climbing Suit
Is there a reason that the Climbing Suit reward doesn't count as cold weather clothing. I seem to be using it more in the snow etc, or am I missing something?

In the Yukimatsu neighborhood where you go skiing and snowboarding at. The starter wall is just to the left of the bunny slope. Just follow the path that's at the base of the bunny slope. Go past the bunny slope and you'll see the starter wall there. I know the starter wall is there because that's the wall that I had Kalin start her rock climbing skill on. Medium rock climbing is higher up on the mountainside, above the starter wall.
