Cloud saving? (Syncing saves and game files across devices)

So I have a gaming pc and a regular laptop that I play sims 4 on. I play on my laptop mostly right now because I have been struggling with depression and I'm mostly very fatigued and just unmotivated ...

I used to play on my desktop and laptop. I would copy my save onto a flash drive when I wanted to switch devices. It was a hassle though and I finally gave up playing on the desktop.
