Any coffee counts, from any source. Even vending machines, market stalls, cafe's, etc. The tuning for the lifestyle is attached to the drink, not the source of the drink. I was just recently in the tuning files for all of the drinks and can confirm that the lifestyle progress is set up in all of the coffee drinks that exist in the game, even the special Batuu coffee, Iced coffee and canned coffee.
