Collectors' Plates in Household Inventory
These pop up from time to time but I can't work out which pack they came with or what actions generate them. Where do they come from?

I had 2 plates at the time of asking the question and had 2 babies age to toddler and a toddler age to child around a similar time, so perhaps it was related to birthdays.
