College Prep School Dorm. [High School Years Update!]

This idea just popped into my mind. What if we build a lot and put the neighborhood teens in it. Load it up with all the stuff they need to skill up for scholarships and live for the sole purpose ...

I do believe I will be moving my Prep-school dorm to Copperdale.
Since this is the school location for all teens, It only makes sense that my sims from other worlds will be living in a dorm in that location.

I think the world itself is nice, but it looks too isolated for a location that all your teen sims have to visit from other neighborhoods. I do hope that park is a 40x50. (it is)
