Movie/modelling studio with various fake scenes set out which are great for photography and getting good shots of sims. Cinema. Sports arena with football and basketball pitches. Bar with 'live band' stage.
Career Lots - eg. painting studio for painters to spend time with their work colleagues, secret criminal lair, business office etc.
