Computer interactions not always showing in queue

This must have started within the last patch or two. I have now noticed, that in many cases, you don't see an interaction in a sim's queue until they are actually sat at the computer and executing ...

@Elliandre, I was having that same issue with the electric tea brewer. If I brewed a pot, sims (with autonomy on) would just queue the action to grab a cup over and over and over until the pot was empty. It stopped happening after a round of updating my mods a few weeks ago though, so I think it was caused by a slightly wonky mod.
